The wireless M-Bus (OMS) Repeater allows the wireless reception, and automatic routing of data between OMS meters and central data acquisition unit (data logger, MUC). The integrated microcontroller controls the entire data communication. All transmission parameters permitted by the OMS standard are configurable via rotary control switch. Data transmission and reception is optically indicated by light-emitting diodes (LED).


The Repeater provides a RF range of up to 400 m at line-of-sight.


Fields of application

The product is designed for applications in the field of automatic meter reading (AMR) as a Repeater according to OMS volume 2 v1. 0. 6. The product is ideally suited for installations, where the wireless connection between meter and data acquisition unit is weak or not possible due to the spatial conditions. Other applications are also conceivable.
